Laser Coding Solutions: About Domino Laser

Domino Laser GmbH in Hamburg/Germany, originally founded in 1996 as Sator Laser GmbH, has quickly grown from a small, innovative business to become the technology leader in the CO₂ scribing laser field. Innovative thinking and highly skilled staff are the most important assets of the company that employs approximately 100 professionals and trainees.

In 2001, Sator Laser became part of the Domino group of companies. With effect from November 1st 2010, Sator Laser GmbH has become Domino Laser GmbH to reinforce the affiliation with Domino Printing Sciences plc internally as well as externally. 
All sales and service activities of the product range have already been handled by the international Domino network of subsidiaries and distributors since 2005 and since December 2009 all solid state laser marking products are also produced at Domino Laser.

In the Domino Group, Domino Laser has obtained a leading role in the development of the laser product ranges. Several laser systems are developed and manufactured in Hamburg by a skilled engineering workforce. 
In addition, Domino Laser hosts a training facility for Domino's laser customers and service technicians as well as the European Samples Facility and the technical support team for Domino laser products.
